Unique and comfortable bungalow full of space and class
in 2006, this unique house was built under architecture and in 2021 completely renewed. you look your eyes! life-proof living with idyllic views of the park. this grandiose specimen is specially built for the good life. underfloor heating, air conditioning, energy efficient ... everything is designed with an eye for quality and class. the frames and doors are made of low-maintenance aluminum. even an infrared sauna and a brand new garage at motorhome height is thought.

quiet and free living in the back corner
you arrive from the a18, take the provincial road past varsseveld to aalten and within ten minutes you turn onto the bongenkamp, a delightful street in the spaciously designed plan kobus on the outskirts of the very pleasant village of aalten, where the peace and quiet and the conviviality of the countryside is combined with the presence of all possible amenities that make living there pleasant. think of a train station, the schools, stores, the center with the market full of nice terraces and restaurants.

comfort and grandeur
feel at home in this architect-designed bungalow on a huge plot! we like to take you through everything that makes this house so unique. it starts with the double carport, where we park our car. we take the front door and enter a bright and spacious entrance hall, with underfloor heating and smooth plastered walls. the toilet with stylish tiling is located in a separate porch and occupies the entire width of the hall.

through double glass doors we enter the living room. we stop for a moment in amazement to take it in. the height of 3.85 meters, the amount of natural light, the smooth plastered walls, the space ... spectacular is the word that comes to mind. we walk further and see a cozy gas fireplace that warms the living area cozy and pleasant. also here floor heating and in the summer you turn on the air conditioning and enjoy the coolness. the glass front with sliding doors, equipped with screens is grandiose. next to the sliding doors is an additional exterior door that opens into the garden room.

timeless and classic kitchen
to the left of the living room is the kitchen. this was completely renovated in 2014 and in 2021 new built-in appliances from siemens installed. the beautiful high-gloss cabinets and drawers in combination with the black granite kitchen top stand out. the wall across the entire width of the kitchen with the appliances gives the whole a luxurious and uncluttered feel. the additional exterior door to the garden is equipped with a screen.

next to the kitchen are two practical rooms that are currently used as a utility room. you could also think of a home office or practice space here. both rooms have a door to the carport and windows through which the daylight comes in nicely. in the room right next to the kitchen hangs the intergas central heating boiler from 2018 and a 200 liter boiler for the solar collectors. here is also the inverter for the 12 solar panels, which will still be placed this month. the beautiful floor has quartz gravel.

three bedrooms, spacious bathroom, infrared sauna and the wonderful outdoors
from the living room we take the double glass doors through which we arrive at no less than three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. the master bedroom has air conditioning and a walk-in closet. here you have a view of the backyard and the park. through the sliding doors you come into the cozy garden room with an electric fireplace and another sliding door to the garden. the two other bedrooms are located at the front of the house. one of the two rooms has an infrared sauna.

next to the master bedroom is the bathroom with a large walk-in shower, second toilet, radiator and double sink. the large gray floor tiles and high gloss white wall tiles give the room a classic chic look. a wonderful place to start and finish the day.

also outside is an impressive place to be. the plot size is no less than 1235 m2. in 2021 the garden was completely redone. the paving has been renewed and on the large lawn the robotic mower snorts. the double carport offers space for at least two cars. in 2022 a new garage was built of sheet piling. this is equipped with an electric garage door and specially built to store a camper, but given its depth you can also put two cars here. further on in the garden is a wooden shed with a cozy canopy for late into the evening cozy outdoor seating. in the shed is also the groundwater pump that keeps the lawn neatly green. the various terraces complete it all.

do you dream of a luxurious and delicious life in the achterhoek, make an appointment with something else brokers and we take plenty of time to show you everything.
